PLEASE NOTE: These prices are a rough guide based on average premises. Prices also depend on how many zones there are and the complexity of the HVAC (heat and ventilation systems) and lighting systems. For example an empty warehouse of 500m size will have far fewer zones than an office building of the same size. The warehouse will be on the lower band when working out pricing.

PLEASE NOTE:
• Prices includes an electronic version of the epc. A paper  copy is subject to a £5.50 fee.  
• Payment required in advance of release of Certificates.
• Discount is available for exclusive and block contracts.
• Failure to meet the assessor at the agreed date and time without notice will be subject to a charge to cover expenses occurred.  If no expenses occurred then no charge will be incurred.
